Pretty chill place for coffee and desserts. Churros are very filling but not as tasty as expected. Staff is friendly but no really trained on customer service. Some deep cleaning wouldn't hurt. Especially windows. Most of the staff staying behind the counter at multiple times there was only one member doing cleaning on floor without any help.Great location however speed of service needs improvement too. Updated 13.JAN.2023: Place significantly improved since my last review. Staff member Safiya was great!

Sitting for a afternoon coffee after a long day shopping I walked into the kotara store.. whilst it was currently quite it must have been busy as most tables were filled with dirty plates and cups. There were 2 delightful girls behind the bar with pleasant and friendly smiles you could see they had a busy day but still smiles that literally welcomed you. As we waited for our coffees a young lad came in you could tell he was just starting his shift, he moved around clearing tables, wiping down the surfaces and greeting customers. This is the lad you want on the floor. Such a positive and passionate soul. This team with the girls was fascinating to watch with a very time the place was spotless and the store looked amazing.. I was exhausted from watching this young lad... I had to ask his name - Sam. Well Sam your family should be proud of you well done. Look us up if you need a job

Been here a few times when looking for somewhere to hangout and have a coffee late on a Friday night. Can be busy at times and there aren't any other options for sitting down comfortably to a coffee after dinner. This is a dessert bar but I've not partaken - looks nice though. Coffee isn't bad, won't blow your mind. There are comfortable leather lounge chairs. It is a large footprint and can accommodate many people or large groups, hence can be a bit noisy. Staff are nice, it's fairly easy going here. Not bad.

They always are dodge with uber eats orders. I am always missing items or the workers are lazy and don't make the items the same way as they are advertised. Very disappointed since it's the only "nice" place I can get my comfort food. Edit- this happened again tonight 30th of December 2023. The drink was half full. The order number was 6a947. The choco loco drink was ordered without cream and without choc flakes but that shouldn't make the drink half full.
